Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. Announces Agm Results
The shareholders voted in favor of all nominations, with Edward Lee, James Sever, Dan Koyich, and Grant T. Smith being re-elected to the Board. DeVisser Gray LLP was re-appointed as auditors of the Company and both the Company's stock option plan, and share consolidation of up to 10 to 1 were also approved by the shareholders.
The Board confirmed the positions for the Audit, and Compensation Committees and also reconfirmed the CFO position. In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Maxwell, as Corporate Secretary.
