VANCOUVER, Aug. 16, 2013 /CNW/ - Cosigo Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CSG) (the "Company") today announces that, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan, it has granted stock options for the purchase of up to 75,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of $0.50 for a ten year period and 100,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at price of $0.50 for a period expiring April 10, 2022. Of these stock options, 100,000 were issued to certain directors and officers of the Company.
