BRADENTON, Aug 21, 2013 - Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI) announces details on the scheduled 2012-2013 annual shareholders meetings at the Company's Diamond Creek Mill Facility-1:00PM, Friday, October 4, 2013.Management welcomes all shareholders to attend. Please, remember that only shareholders of record as of August 5, 2013 will be allowed to attend this scheduled annual meeting. Necessary proof of share ownership will be necessary at the time of the meeting to attend.
If you are arriving from the Boise Airport or by car/bus, the Company has a block of hotel rooms available at "The Riverside Hotel,"( http://riversideboise.com/), 2900 Chinden Boulevard, Boise, ID 83714, #208-343-1871. Hotel reservations should be made by 09/11/2013. This is the cut-off date. After this date any un-reserved rooms will be released and those reservations will be taken based upon availability.
On Friday, October 4, 2013, SFMI will provide transportation to the shareholders meeting. The pick-up time will be 11:30AM MT at "The Riverside Hotel."
Regardless of your hotel choice and/or if you are local shareholders, seat reservations will be required for transportation.
