King's Bay Gold Corporation (TSX.V: KBG) (the "Corporation") is reminding shareholders that the Annual and Special General Meeting of Shareholders will be held next week at the offices of Taylor McCaffrey LLP, 9th floor, 400 St. Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3C 4K5 at 10:00 AM (Central Standard Time) on Thursday September 5th, 2013.
The business portion of the meeting will be followed by a Questions & Answers session that will enable shareholders to ask questions of the directors in attendance. It will also be an opportunity for the directors to share their ideas, and seek opinions and guidance from the shareholders in attendance, on the development of the Corporation's strategic plan and its future direction.
