VANCOUVER, Sept. 10, 2013 /CNW/ - Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. (the "Company" or "Mineral Hill") wishes to announce that its Board of Directors have amended the exercise price of the stock options issued to directors, officers and employees, referred to in the Company's news release dated September 6^th, 2013, from $ 0.09 to $0.15 per share.

The change in the stock option price will affect the Incentive Stock Options referred to in the Company's News Release dated September 6^th, 2013.
