Southern Arc Annual General Meeting and Shareholder Update

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 31, 2013) - Southern Arc Minerals (TSX VENTURE:SA)(OTCQX:SOACF) ("Southern Arc" or "the Company") will hold its annual general meeting on November 7, 2013 commencing at 10am PST, followed by a shareholder update.

Southern Arc will webcast the shareholder update portion of the meeting, commencing at 10:15am PST. John Proust, Southern Arc's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Mike Andrews, President and Director, will provide an update on the Company's properties, business strategy and objectives.
