Mineral Hill Announces Extension of Warrants

VANCOUVER, Nov. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - Mineral Hill Industries Ltd. (the "Company" or "Mineral Hill") wishes to announce that its Board of Directors has decided to extend the term of 3,048,750 share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued on December 14, 2011 and with an expiry date of December 14, 2013 for an additional two years ending December 14, 2015.

The Directors recognize that the Warrants are unlikely to be exercised before the expiry date and believe that the extension will provide the investors with an opportunity retain their warrants for an extended period while economic conditions within the industry improve. The amendment will also provide the Company with a potential source of additional capital over the next 24 months.

The amendment is conditional on the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
