MIAMI, January 29, 2014 - Amalgamated Gold and Silver Inc. (AGS) (PINKSHEETS: BCHS) today announced it will retain Exploration Alliance SA (www.explorationalliance.com) to perform the NI 43-101 at the St. Anthony (San Antonio de Turiri) Antimony Mine Located in Potosi, Bolivia.
AGS is pleased to announce that it is in the final stage of negotiations to retain the services of Exploration Alliance SA to confirm the proven ore reserves and provide the company with reports compliant with the NI 43-101 and JORC codes.
Almero Bourbon, our VP of Mining, will accompany the Exploration Alliance team to the mine site the second week of February 2014.
