(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:THC) (FRANKFURT:TFHC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Scott Walters has joined the Board of Directors of the company.Mr. Walters is a senior management consultant to private and public companies in the agri-mining and agri-pharmaceutical space. Scott provides leadership advisory and due diligence for issuers as well as institutional clients investing in the agricultural, MMPR and agri-pharmaceutical space.
Mr. Walters has twenty years of securities industry experience, the majority of which has been spent investing in and financing the natural resource space. His execution and senior management experience on the buy and sell side encompasses all types of investment banking transactions including a focus on public and private equity and debt offerings; exclusive sale assignments, joint ventures, business creation and development.
In his previous role, Mr. Walters was the managing director of investment banking for a publicly listed US based investment bank.
