New World Resource Corp. Increases Non-Brokered Private Placement to $305,000

Vancouver, March 5, 2014 / New World Resource Corp. (the "Company") announces that in response to over-subscription it has increased the size of its non-brokered private placement previously announced on February 20, 2014, to consist of up to 3,812,500 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.08 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $305,000.
Each Unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant ("Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.20 for a period of twelve months from the closing date.
The Company will pay a finder's fee equal to 6% of the gross proceeds raised, payable in cash or Units at the option of the finders, and issue non-transferable common share purchase warrants ("Finders' Warrants") in the amount equal to 8% of the number of Units subscribed for. Each Finders' Warrant will entitle the finder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 for twelve months from the closing date. The financing is subject to receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the private placement to finance expected expenditures on its properties and for general working capital.
