Zone Resources Inc. Announces Financing

VANCOUVER, Mar 17, 2014 - Zone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ZNR) (FRANKFURT:7ZR) (the "Company') has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 6 million units for total proceeds of up to $300,000, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Up to 6 million units will be issued as non flow-through units at a price of five cents per unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one whole warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of ten cents per share for 18 months from the date of closing. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for general working capital. Finders' fees, as allowed pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, may be payable in connection with the offering.
The Company further reports that pursuant to its stock option plan, it has granted incentive stock options to its directors, officers, consultants and employees to purchase in the total of 450,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company, subject to regulatory approval, exercisable for a period of five years, at a price of five cents per share.
