(TSX-V: AGV) ("Agave" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company's representatives will be attending the Kamloops Exploration Group's 27th Annual KEG Conference and Trade Show being held from Tuesday April 8 to Wednesday April 9, 2014.

The Company is pleased to be a sponsor of the opening ceremonies and will be hosting a core shack to present and answer questions on Agave's 100% owned Kaslo Silver Property ("Kaslo"). The Company's President and CEO, Ronald Lang will be accompanied by Dr. Derek McBride, P.Geo. who supervises exploration programs on Kaslo . Dr. McBride is responsible for all technical reporting and is the Company's supervisor and "Qualified Person" with respect to the Kaslo Property for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101.

Kaslo, a silver target, hosts eleven historic high-grade silver mineralized zones within 14 kilometres of sub-parallel shear zones. Nine high-grade silver mines operated on the Kaslo Property at various times from 1895 to 1966. The 4,000 Ha property is located 12 kilometres west of Kaslo in southern British Columbia.
