(TSXV: ATG) (OTCQX: ATLDF) announced that Peili Miao, CGA, CPA has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company, succeeding Nancy Porkola-Ainsworth, who had served as interim Chief Financial Officer. James K. Gray, Chairman of the Board, extended his thanks on behalf of the Board for Ms. Porkola-Ainsworth's assistance during this transition period.
