Canada Carbon Issues Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jul 15, 2014) - Canada Carbon Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CCB) announces that it has granted a total of 1,200,000 stock options to Directors, Officers and consultants of the Company, exercisable at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of up to five years from the date of grant.

The options have been granted in accordance with the company's Stock Option Plan.
