Castle Peak Mining Ltd. Announces Termination of Previously Announced Letter of Intent
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct 3, 2014) - Castle Peak Mining Ltd. ("Castle Peak" or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:CAP) announces today that Castle Peak and CJP Capital Corp. have agreed to terminate the letter of intent setting out the terms of a proposed transaction with CJP Capital Corp. to earn a 70% interest in the Nkwanta prospecting licence, host to the high-grade Apankrah shoot deposit, Ghana, Africa.
Castle Peak will continue to proactively pursue and consider other strategic relationships and alternatives which it believes are in the best interests of its shareholders.
