Athabasca Nuclear Corporation and Strike Graphite Corp. Announce Termination of Proposed Plan of Arrangement
Calgary, AB and Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / October 31, 2014 / Athabasca Nuclear Corp. (TSX-V: ASC) ("Athabasca Nuclear") and Strike Graphite Corp. (TSX-V: SRK) ("Strike Graphite) jointly announce that the proposed plan of arrangement that was previously announced on July 15, 2014 has been terminated in accordance with the terms.
