Arian Silver Corporation: Notice of General Meeting

LONDON, ENGLAND--(Marketwired - Nov 12, 2014) - Arian Silver Corp. (the "Company") (AIM:AGQ)(TSX VENTURE:AGQ)(FRANKFURT:I3A). Further to the Company's announcement on 30 October 2014 in which it was reported shareholder approval would be sought for the creation of Quintana AGQ Holding Co. LLC as a new "Control Person", the General Meeting will be held on 9 December 2014 at 16:00 (GMT) at The Lansdowne Club, 9 Fitzmaurice Place, London W1J 5JD, United Kingdom.

The Lansdowne Club operates a strict dress code. Men must wear a collared shirt and conventional jacket, and ladies must be smartly dressed. Failure to comply with the dress code will result in admission to both the Club and the Meeting, being refused.

The Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular will be mailed to shareholders on Thursday 13 November 2014, and will also be available on the Company's website, www.ariansilver.com/s/AGM.asp and on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
