Wolfden announces resignation of director

THUNDER BAY, ON, Nov. 24, 2014 /CNW/ - Wolfden Resources Corp. (WLF:TSX-V) ("Wolfden" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Iain Downie has resigned from the board due to health reasons, effective immediately.  

George Topping, CEO, commented, "The Board of Directors and management thank Iain for his valuable contribution to Wolfden through the years. His experience and guidance will be missed by both the board and management.  In addition, we wish Iain well as he focuses on returning to good health promptly."
