Toronto, Ontario -- (Newsfile Corp. - February 2, 2015) - Satori Resources Inc. (TSXV: BUD) ("Satori" or the "Company") announces that after careful consideration, it will not be completing the proposed transaction with COC Greenhouses Inc. as announced on December 2, 2014.Given that, the Company will announce updates in respect of work being completed on the Tartan Lake Gold Mine Project in Flin Flon, Manitoba, in addition to other projects currently being considered by management.
The Company further announces that it received approval to delay the holding of its annual general meeting of shareholders, which is now scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 10 a.m. (Toronto time) at 1 Toronto Street, Suite 201, Toronto, ON.
