Victory Ventures Inc. to Investigate New Mineral Showing on PDL Property

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - February 17, 2015) - Victory Ventures Inc. (TSXV: VVN) (FSE: VV0) (the "Company") is currently planning for further exploration work on its PDL gold property, located north of Keremeos, BC.

The Company has recently received news regarding a previously unknown mineral showing discovered by a project geologist working on the property area in the late 1980s. The geologist, working on behalf of operator, QPX Minerals Inc., was involved with several exploration programs on the PDL property, including geological mapping and sampling, geochemical and geophysical surveys, trenching as well as some limited diamond drilling and reverse circulation drilling.

The newly disclosed mineral showing has been described as an outcrop exposure measuring approximately 5 metres by 5 metres, adjacent to existing road access. The showing is described as an epithermal-style quartz vein stockwork, returning a historic sample assay value of 1.2 g/t gold.

The significance of the newly disclosed mineral showing is yet to be determined, but will be examined and re-sampled by Victory's geological consultants at the earliest opportunity. The new showing area presents a new and exciting exploration target for the Company as no previous significant exploration work has been carried out at this location.

It is postulated that the epithermal stockwork showing may represent a 'leakage' surface feature from a larger and shallow level gold (+/- silver) enriched epithermal vein deposit source, which will provide a new focus area for further exploration on the PDL property.

Mr. Greg Thomson, P.Geo. is the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. Mr. Thomson is a director for the Company and has reviewed and approved the technical information contained in this news release.
