Advanced Explorations Inc.: Announces Shares for Debt Agreement

TORONTO, Feb 24, 2015 - Advanced Explorations Inc. (the "Company" or "AEI") (TSX VENTURE:AXI) (FRANKFURT:AE6) is pleased to announce that further to its press release of January 16, 2015, the Company has entered into an additional settlement agreement (the "Settlement Agreement") with an arm's length creditor of the Company. Pursuant to the Settlement Agreement, AEI would issue 8,324,630 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.05 per common share in settlement of $416,231.00 owing to the said creditor (the "Shares for Debt Settlement").
All securities issuances contemplated herein shall be subject to any statutory or regulatory requirements with respect to hold period and compliance with all rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). The issuance of the common shares is subject to final approval by the Exchange.
