VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Apr 1, 2015) - Redhawk Resources, Inc. ("Redhawk" or the "Company") (TSX:RDK) (FRANKFURT:QF7) announced that Darryl J. Yea has resigned as a director of the Company effective March 31, 2015.
Stephen Barley, Executive Chairman of Redhawk stated: "The Company would like to thank Mr. Yea for his contribution to the board and on various committees over the last eight years. We wish him well in all of his future endeavours. "

Redhawk is a Canadian-based resource exploration and development company with a current focus on the advancement of the Copper Creek copper-molybdenum project in San Manuel, Arizona through a joint venture with Anglo American.
