Dajin's Teels Marsh 3D Gravity Survey Analysis By Wright Geophysics Concludes 8,900 Feet (2,700 Meter) Deep Closed Basin

15.04.2015  |  The Newswire

Vancouver, BC / TheNewswire / April 15, 2015 - Dajin Resources Corp. ("Dajin") (TSX-V: DJI) (OTC: DJIFF) is pleased to report that the company's wholly owned subsidiary, Dajin Resources (US) Corp. has completed a gravity survey of Dajin's 100% owned Teels Marsh claims, located in Mineral County, Nevada.

Relative gravity measurements were made with LaCoste & Romberg Model-G gravity meters. Topographic surveying was performed with Trimble Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) and Fast-Static GPS. Gravity data were processed to Complete Bouguer Gravity and merged with existing USGS public domain gravity data. The resultant three dimensional interpretation images a deep closed basin up to 8,900 feet (2,700 meter) in depth which indicates the potential to retain a large quantity of fluids. The gravity, magnetic and geological data indicate that the basin is fault bounded with the strongest structural control along the basin's southern margin. Along this boundary faulting on an east-northeast trending fault has created a basin of significant depth. Click here to see a 3D interpretation of the Teels Marsh closed basin.

The gravity survey was carried out by Magee Geophysics Services LLC of Reno, Nevada. A total of 415 new gravity stations were attained of which 307 stations were acquired on a 250 meter (820 feet) grid and 108 stations were regional stations collected on roads and tracks. Ninety-five existing US Government Survey public domain sites were also included in the analysis. A 3D gravity interpretation as well as a reanalysis of a 2001 US Government Survey public domain airborne magnetite survey formed part of the project. Both of these elements were completed by Wright Geophysics Inc., Elko, Nevada.

The Teels Marsh property is located approximately 80 kilometers (50 miles) northwest of the lithium production unit of Rockwood Lithium Inc., currently the only producing brine based lithium mine in operation in North America. The geological model for Clayton Valley is a similar fault bounded half graben to that which has been imaged at Teels Marsh. Over time, faulting in these locations has created a deep basin trapping ground water within the sedimentary fill rich in volcanic sediments high in Lithium.

About Dajin: (www.dajin.ca)

Dajin is an early stage energy metals exploration company holding a 100% interest in claims known to contain lithium and boron values in the Teels Marsh region of Mineral County, Nevada. These claims, which cover 2,187 hectares (5,405 acres), was the birth place of US Borax Corp's first borax mine. Dajin also hold a 100% interest in claims covering 1,138 hectares (2,811 acres) in Alkali Lake region of Esmeralda County, Nevada, 12 kilometers (7 miles) northeast of Rockwood's Clayton Valley Lithium operations.

In South America Dajin holds a 100% interest in concessions or concession applications in Jujuy Province, Argentina that were acquired in regions known to contain brines with potassium, lithium and boron values. These concessions total approximately 100,000 hectares (247,000 acres) with 80,248 hectares (198,000 acres) located in the Salinas Grandes/Guayatayoc salt lakes basin adjacent to concessions held by Orocobre Ltd. (ORL-T: TSX), who is partnered with Toyota Tsusho.
