TORONTO, May 12, 2015 - IAMGold Corp. ("IAMGOLD" or the "Company") (TSX: IMG, NYSE:IAG) today announced that shareholder voting at the Company's annual meeting of shareholders on May 11, 2015, has resulted in the election of all the directors listed as nominees in management's information circular dated April 6, 2015.
