On June 9, 2015, Eagle Hill announced a proposed combination with Oban Mining Corp., Temex Resources Corp., Ryan Gold Corp. and Corona Gold Corp. by way of a share exchange takeover bid by Oban. Oban has the option to revise the structure of the Transaction and to proceed by way of plan of arrangement should it conclude that is necessary or desirable.
