VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - July 24, 2015) - Dolly Varden Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE: DV) (OTC PINK: DOLLF) (the "Company" or "Dolly Varden") is pleased to announce the appointment of Alain Voisin, CPA, CGA, as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") effective July 20, 2015. Mr. Voisin replaces Keith Margetson, who served as Dolly Varden's CFO since June 2013. Mr. Voisin has worked with Dolly Varden since July 2012 and was formerly the Company's Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Voisin served as Controller and CFO of various private and publicly traded companies over a 15 year period, most recently in the resource industry. Mr. Voisin obtained a Bachelor of Science from Western University.
