Vancouver, BC, / TheNewswire / September 25, 2015, Lori McClenahan, President of Intigold Mines Ltd. ("Intigold or the "Company"), announces that pursuant to its news release dated July 22, 2015, the Company has re-priced its private placement from $0.20 per unit to $0.15 per unit. The private placement now consists of 2,000,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit raising gross proceeds of $300,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of 24 months from closing. The private placement is subject to regulatory approval.
The Company will pay finder's fees of up to 10% of the gross proceeds raised, payable in cash or shares or a combination thereof.
