Caribou King Resources Ltd. Names New CEO and Project Manager

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired - Oct 5, 2015) - Caribou King Resources Ltd. ("Caribou" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CKR) (FRANKFURT:CB8) (OTCBB:CBULF) announces the appointment of Dr. Roger Moss as interim CEO and Mr. Arno Brand as Project Manager to help advance the company's portfolio of graphite projects in Namibia and Quebec.

Roger Moss, Ph.D, P.Geo. is a seasoned geologist with seventeen years international experience in the mining industry. Dr. Moss spent his formative years working on exploration projects in Southern Africa, including several years in Namibia, where he was instrumental in the discovery of the multi-million ounce Navachab gold deposit. More recently he has worked in senior management positions with TSX-V listed companies and has overseen the advanced exploration of porphyry projects in South America. Dr. Moss shares his interest and experience in ore deposits and mineral exploration with students as an adjunct professor in the Lassonde Mineral Engineering Program, University of Toronto.

Mr. Arno Brand is a Namibian entrepreneur with experience in major construction projects in Namibia, geology and metals marketing. Mr. Brand is involved in several international mining and procurement projects through Boswell Projects in Canada. Since 2013 he has worked with Next Graphite in the development of the Aukam graphite project and with Boswell International he is involved in various transactions to facilitate the direct sales of commodities from African producers.
