Altiplano Announces Termination of Proposed Acquisition of Demetra Minerals Inc.
EDMONTON, AB / ACCESSWIRE / October 6, 2015 / Altiplano Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: APN) ("APN" or the "Company") announces that Demetra Minerals Inc. ("DMI") and the Company have mutually agreed to terminate the agreement previously announced on August 24, 2015 and September 10, 2015, wherein APN agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of DMI. The Company has not advanced any funds to DMI under the proposed loan facility.
