Vancouver, October 6, 2015 - True Zone Resources Inc. ("TrueZone" or the "Company") announces that a Cease Trade Order (the "Cease Trade Order) was issued by the BC Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission during the month of September 2015 due to the Company failing to file its annual financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2014, as required by National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings.
Per the terms of the Cease Trade Order, all trading in the Company's securities has ceased.
The Company intends to file these Continuous Disclosure Documents as soon as efficiently as is possible.
The Company further announces that Mr. Gurminder Sangha has resigned from his position on the Board of Directors.
