Njegovan has been appointed to the Company's Board of Directors.
Mr. Njegovan has a Bachelor of Science, Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts, Political Science. He has over 20 years of experience in mining, construction, engineering, management and finance. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Njegovan was Managing Director Global Investment Banking - Mining for Scotiabank in Toronto. Prior to that, he worked as Manager for Investment Banking at Toll Cross Securities in Toronto and for Liberty Mutual Group in New York as Senior Consultant - National Market Loss Prevention, Mining & Tunnelling. Mr. Njegovan currently serves as a director of St Andrew Goldfields Ltd. and is an independent mining consultant based in Toronto.
