Strata Minerals Announces Transaction Update and Board and Management Changes
Toronto, Ontario / TheNewswire / December 10, 2015 - Strata Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SMP) ("Strata" or the "Company") announces that the Company continues to advance its strategic transaction with beckettbank Corp. Since the strategic transaction with beckettbank Corp was announced on May 11, 2015, the Company has made significant progress with regard to reaching agreements with creditors to reduce the Company's outstanding debt obligations and to seek additional funding that will facilitate the strategic transaction with beckettbank Corp. The Company expects to be in a position to provide further details on this restructuring work over the next few months.
To further assist with the beckettbank Corp transaction, Strata is pleased to announce that it has re-appointed Jason Bahnsen as President of the Company effective August 18, 2015. Jason is also a director of the Company.
Strata also wishes to announce that Adam Szweras has resigned from the Board of the Company effective December 7, 2015. We thank Adam for his service to the Company and wish him the best in his future endeavours.
