Almonty Industries Inc. - Announces Granting of Stock Options

Almonty Industries Inc. (“Almonty”) (TSXV:AII) is pleased to announce the granting of stock options to members of the board of directors and management of Almonty. Dan D’Amato received 500,000 options, Lewis Black received 300,000 options and Dr. Thomas Gutschlag received 100,000 options. The options are being granted pursuant to the stock option plan of Almonty with each option permitting the holder to purchase one common share of Almonty at a price of $0.80 for a period of 10 years from today’s date. The options vest immediately.

The principal business of Toronto, Canada-based Almonty Industries Inc. is the mining, processing and shipping of tungsten concentrate from its Los Santos Mine in western Spain and its Wolfram Camp Mine in north Queensland, Australia and the development of the Sangdong tungsten mine in Gangwon Province, Korea and the Valtreixal tin/tungsten project in north western Spain.
