Stakeholder Gold Closes 2015 Flow-Through Financing
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - January 13, 2016) - Stakeholder Gold Corp. (TSXV: SRC) ("Stakeholder" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the closing of an additional 100,000 shares and $10,000 in proceeds on its non-brokered private placement for 2015 eligible flow-through shares which was previously announced on January 4, 2016. Closing results in proceeds of $76,000 and issuance of 760,000 shares. Funds will be applied to exploration initiatives on the Company's Ballarat gold project located in the White Gold District of the Yukon Territory.
