Golden Predator Announces Fully Subscribed Private Placement
Vancouver, BC (FSCwire) - Golden Predator Mining Corp. (TSX.V: GPY) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a fully subscribed private placement of 4,400,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common shares (the “Shares”) and one share purchase warrant (the “Warrants”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share, exercisable at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue of the Warrants.
All securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”).
Proceeds from the financing will be applied to the Company’s 3 Aces bulk sample program and general working capital. This news release does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any securities. The securities are subject to a four month Canadian hold period.
