Brazil Resources Inc.: Grants Stock Options

VANCOUVER, April 1, 2016 - Brazil Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Brazil Resources") (TSX-V: BRI; OTCQX: BRIZF) announced today that it has granted incentive stock options to purchase 1,570,000 common shares of the Company (the "Options") to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company. The Options have an exercise price of $0.73 per common share, representing the closing market price of the Company's common shares on April 1, 2016 and are valid for a period of five years with 25% vesting each 3 months over a twelve-month period.
The Option grants are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
