Benz Mining Corp. - Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, April 15, 2016 - Benz Mining Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Benz") (TSX VENTURE:BZ) is pleased to announce that it intends to carry out, subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $70,000 (the "Private Placement"). The Private Placement will consist of common shares of the Company (each, a "Share"), at a price of $0.01 per Share.

All of the Shares issued pursuant to the Private Placement will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue. The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to fund the identification and completion of a Mineral Property Transaction and working capital.
