Rock Tech Issues Common Shares Pursuant to Shares-for-Debt Agreement

(the "Company") (TSX-V: RCK; Frankfurt: RJIB) announces that, further to a news release on February 18, 2016 and a TSX Venture Exchange Bulletin issued on April 27, 2016, it has issued 3,022,096 common shares to an Arm's Length party pursuant to a shares-for-debt agreement (the "Agreement").
As of the date of this news release, the current issued and outstanding share capital of the Company consists of 19,774,970 common shares. The Company has 25,007,639 common shares outstanding on a fully diluted basis.
