TORONTO, May 4, 2016 - Strata Minerals Inc. (TSXV: SMP) ("Strata" or the "Company") announces the following change to its Board of Directors and management team. Mr. Robert (Bob) MacBean has resigned from the Company as Chief Financial Officer and Director, for personal reasons.
Mr. Jason Bahnsen has resigned from the Company as President and Director.
