Rock Tech Announces Change in Board of Directors

(TSX-Venture: RCK) (the "Company" or "Rock Tech") is pleased to announce the appointment, effective September 13, 2016, of Mr. Brad Barnett to the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. Barnett currently serves as the Company's chief financial officer.
Further, the Company announces the resignation of Dr. Christian Schlag from the board, effective September 13, 2016.
