Golden Arrow Resources Corp.: Finder's Fee Shares

VANCOUVER, Oct. 4, 2016 - Golden Arrow Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GRG) (FRANKFURT:GAC) (WKN:A0B6XQ) ("Golden Arrow" or the "Company") announces that the Company has requested TSX Venture Exchange approval to issue 39,840 common shares for finder's fees which were inadvertently missed in the closing of the Company's recent private placement (see Golden Arrow's News Release dated July 29, 2016).
