Eastplats responds to lawsuit filed by Hebei Zhongheng Tianda Platinum Co. Limited

VANCOUVER, Jan. 24, 2017 /CNW/ - Eastern Platinum Ltd. ("Eastplats" or the "Company") announces that it has filed its response to the notice of civil claim filed by Hebei Zhongheng Tianda Platinum Co. Limited ("HZT") referred to in the Company's press release dated December 9, 2016.  In its response, the Company is seeking to have the HZT claim dismissed with costs against HZT.
