Toronto, April 17, 2017 - MagIndustries Corp. (OTC Pink: MAAFF) ("MagIndustries" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that RCMP and Public Prosecution Service of Canada have advised MagIndustries that they have determined that no charges will be made against either the Company or any individuals in respect of the allegations of corrupt payments previously made against the Company.
In January 2015, the RCMP conducted a search of MagIndustries headquarters in Toronto. The search arose out of an Information to Obtain Search Warrant ("ITO") sworn on January 16, 2015 which made allegations of corrupt payments to foreign public officials in the Republic of Congo (the "Congo").
