Cordoba Minerals Corp. ("Cordoba" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CDB)(OTCQX:CDBMF) is pleased to announce that it has completed the previously announced acquisition (the "Transaction") from High Power Exploration Inc. On July 11, 2017, the Company completed a bought deal private placement offering (the "Offering") of subscription receipts (the "Subscription Receipts").
