Aben Resources Limited Announces Private Placement
VANCOUVER, Aug. 15, 2017 - Aben Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:ABN) (OTCBB:ABNAF) (Frankfurt:E2L2) (the “Company”) announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,222,222 Units at a price of $0.135 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000. Each Unit will consist of one share and one share purchase Warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.18 for a period of five years. A finder's fee in the amount of 7% cash and 7% warrants may be paid in connection with part of this private placement offering. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. The Company intends to utilize the proceeds from the private placement for an ongoing 2017 exploration and drilling program at its Forrest Kerr Gold Project located in B.C.'s Golden Triangle region and for general working capital purposes.
