Voyageur Minerals Ltd. Announces Financing $300,000
CALGARY, March 06, 2018 - Voyageur Minerals Ltd. (TSX-V:VM) (the “Company” or “Voyageur”) is pleased to announce that it is in the process of undertaking a non-brokered private placement of $300,000.00.The placement consists of units priced at $0.075 each, with each unit consists of 1 share and one warrant exercisable at $0.15 for two years from closing. The warrant also contains an acceleration clause, that if the shares trade at or more than $0.20 the warrant holders may receive a 30 day notice to exercise.
The Company will pay finders fees to qualified finders of 8% cash and 8% broker warrants. Net proceeds from the private placement will be used to meet the Company’s commitments under its work program and for general working capital purposes.

Voyageur is a Calgary based company which owns 100% interest in three Barium Sulfate ("Barite") deposits including two properties suitable in grade for the industrial barite market place, and interests in two high grade lithium brine projects in Utah, USA.
Voyageur's business plan is to develop its barite deposit at Frances Creek, BC, Canada, for potential near term cash flow, while it continues exploration for critical and strategic minerals.
