Durango Resources Inc. Announces Trading on the OTCQB
Vancouver, March 12, 2018 - Durango Resources Inc. (TSX.V-DGO) (Frankfurt-86A1) (OTCQB-ATOXF), (the "Company" or "Durango") announces that further to the news release of January 29, 2018, Durango is pleased to announce that its common shares are expected to commence trading on the OTCQB(R) Venture Market in the United States under the symbol "ATOXF" on March 13, 2018. The OTCQB(R) Venture Marketplace is a market for entrepreneurial and development stage U.S. and international companies. To be eligible, companies must be current in their financial reporting, pass a minimum bid price test and undergo an annual company verification and management certification process. The OTCQB(R) quality standards provide a strong baseline of transparency, as well as the technology and regulation to improve the information and trading experience for investors.
