Denison Mines Corp. Announces Results of Shareholder Meeting (March 22, 2018)
TORONTO, May 3, 2018 - Denison Mines Corp. ("Denison" or the "Company") (DML: TSX, DNN: NYSE American) is pleased to report that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated March 22, 2018 (the "Circular") for the 2018 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders held today in Toronto (the "Meeting ") were elected as directors of the Company.
