Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. Retains Questrade as Market Maker
TORONTO, May 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crystal Peak Minerals Inc. (“Crystal Peak” or the “Company”) (TSXV:CPM) (OTCQX:CPMMF) announced today that it has retained Questrade, Inc. (“Questrade”) to provide market-making services in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange guidelines. The term of the agreement is six months, beginning May 23, 2018, at a cost of C$5,000 per month. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Though Crystal Peak and Questrade are unrelated and unaffiliated entities and Questrade will not receive shares or options as compensation from the Company, Questrade and its clients have or may have a direct interest in the securities of Crystal Peak.
