Currie Rose Resources Closes Private Placement
Toronto, August 14, 2018 - Currie Rose Resources Inc. (TSXV: CUI) ("Currie Rose" or the "Company") announces that it has closed the Private Placement previously announced on June 28, 2018 and July 31, 2018. The Company has issued 10,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit for total proceeds of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one—half of one common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.10 until October 17, 2020. All securities issued in this private placement are subject to a hold period until December 15, 2018.
A finder's fee of $25,000 is being paid to an arms length finder, in units, for a total of 500,000 units.
